The 11th FIMA International Camp for Medical Students

Assalamu Alaikum

We are looking forward to receive the list of participants in the upcoming 11th camp in Langkawi, Malaysia 24 -31 July 2009.

The deadline for registration is very close i.e. 30th June 2009. The organizing committee is very strict and will not accept any registration after this date even from Saudi Arabia or Malaysia!

I am pleased to offer you a good tiding from IMAKSA.

To motivate a larger participation from more IMAs in different countries, IMAKSA/WAMY announces the following offer :

IMAs that encounter some financial difficulties to subsidize the tickets of their participants will be given incentive as financial support.

The offer is ONLY extended to the following countries : YEMEN, KENYA, UGANDA, JORDAN, LEBANON, BOSNIA, EGYPT, SUDAN, MOROCCO, SOUTH AFRICA

IMAKSA will offer financial support to the first 6 IMAs to respond; 3 participating students from each IMA at 500 US Dollars for each student.

The support will be handed over upon arrival to the camp. If an IMA fails to send their participants, the support will be transferred to the next IMA in order of response.

Note: This offer does not invalidate the quota for each IMA (10 participants as in the announcement).
