Kg. Tok Senik Resort

KG. TOK SENIK RESORT, LANGKAWI

The 11th FIMA International Camp for Medical Student will be organized in Kampung Tok Senik, Langkawi. The resort is well known in Langkawi for its four star hotel facilities on top of unique traditional Malay village scenery. A working padi-field sits at the edge of resort grounds are tended to the villagers who lives nearby. Although the resort is not situated by the sea, it has its uniqueness worth a stay.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation will be provided in kampung houses in the resort.

(Note: be prepared for the mosquitoes attack at night, and creepy sounds too!)

THE BISTRO

Bistro area will be allocated as the place for dining, musolla and evening activities for female. It is located at a walking distance from the accommodation for the female participants.

There are swimming pool and gymnasium that can be utilized by the participants according to the designated time in the itenary, with a separate time and appropriate security for the female participants.

Other facilities provided in the resort are laundry service, money exchange service, telephone booths (but you may need to get the IDD calling cards), restaurants, in-resort shuttle service and YES we are going to have sports in the evenings so they do have quite a huge compound for a football/futsal field, volleyball and netball - or perhaps we shall experiment the Malaysian traditional games like Galah Panjang or Congkak? (go figure! g.o.o.g.l.e)
